Job Description:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and documentation support for a small department. This role involves data entry, scheduling meetings, report preparation, and assisting with phone coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain documentation

Schedule and coordinate meetings

Prepare basic reports and support general clerical tasks

Collaborate with team members to ensure departmental efficiency

Qualifications:

1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Availability to work Monday–Friday during standard business hours

EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) experience or safety committee participation is a plus
