This position will be responsible for helping with front desk duties, such as greeting students and employers, checking in students for appointments, and helping the Office Manager. Additionally, event support after hours will be needed throughout the semester. Applicants must be able to run campus errands and lift approximately 20-50 pounds. Other duties as assigned, and please note there will be no downtime for study.

Will support student services and the execution of various daily tasks to service both student and recruiter needs.

• Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
• Provide information and excellent customer service to constituents
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Provide general office assistance and support
• Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
• Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
