Job Description:

The Administrative Student Associate is a student employee responsible for assisting with details surrounding Intramural Sports, Outdoor Adventure, Club Sports, Fitness, Aquatics, Member Services, Communications, Camps, and assisting Campus Recreation professional staff.

Responsibilities:

* Greet visitors entering the Campus Recreation office.

* Answer and direct incoming calls.

* Maintain SLC Room Schedules.

* Distribute SLC facility calendars.

* Assist with all Campus Recreation and Camp administration and activities.

* Assist with organization and inventory of workroom and supply closets.

* Assist with set up and take down of equipment for various rooms and events.

* Distribute mail and packages within the SLC.

* Assist in the opening/closing of the Campus Recreation office.

* Assist the Office Manager with Reservations.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience preferred.

* Must have good communication skills; be positive, assertive, organized, proactive.

* CPR/AED Certification is preferred.

* Computer/technical literacy is preferred.
