Key Components:

* In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager.

Job Description:

* Greet visitors with excellent customer service

* Provide general office, administrative, or clerical support

* May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail

* May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests

* May assist with document preparation, filing, office records

* Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information

* May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas

* May assist with data entry tasks, spreadsheets and reports

* Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission

* Ability to comply with University policies

* Maintain regular and punctual attendance
