At American Income Life, the Support Specialist supports executives by gathering, reporting, and evaluating information, maintaining records, and providing analytical data. The role involves problem solving, independent judgment, and high‑accuracy data analysis.

• Conduct contact via telephone, e‑mail, and written correspondence.
• Gather and report information.
• Problem‑solve and review and evaluate various reports.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Provide analytical data and support to executives.
• Perform various analytical and data evaluations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Exercise judgmental decisions independently.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Exercise discretion in the execution of all duties.
• Meet department deadlines and efficiently handle distribution to appropriate parties.
• Analyze and transform data using Microsoft Excel.
• Cross‑train in different department areas.
• Perform other duties as required by the department.

• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate various software applications.
• Strong out‑of‑the‑box thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation.
• Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions with a demonstrated sense of initiative.
• Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
