Mailroom Specialist – Waco, Texas

As a Mailroom Specialist, you will play a key role in processing, delivering, and organizing mail that supports our internal departments and overall business operations. What

you’ll accomplish with us
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manually inserting all types of mail
  • Picking up and delivering mail/parcels using a company vehicle
  • Scanning and digitizing incoming mail for internal departments
  • Sorting and processing returned mail
  • Maintaining proper postage levels on meter machines
  • Handling special mail types:
    Registered, Certified, Insured, Express Mail
  • Delivering and picking up internal correspondence across departments
  • Using computerized addressing systems (PAVE software)
  • Assigning documents received in department systems
  • Conducting all work in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Following the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct
