As a Mailroom Specialist, you will play a key role in processing, delivering, and organizing mail that supports our internal departments and overall business operations. Whatyou’ll accomplish with us
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Manually inserting all types of mail
- Picking up and delivering mail/parcels using a company vehicle
- Scanning and digitizing incoming mail for internal departments
- Sorting and processing returned mail
- Maintaining proper postage levels on meter machines
- Handling special mail types:
Registered, Certified, Insured, Express Mail - Delivering and picking up internal correspondence across departments
- Using computerized addressing systems (PAVE software)
- Assigning documents received in department systems
- Conducting all work in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Following the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills
- Recognition for organization and ability to prioritize
- Performs well under pressure and manages multiple tasks
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Mailroom experience (preferred)
- Good driving record
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Adapts well to procedural and organizational changes
