Position Summary

A well-established insurance services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Agent Contracting Representative to support its internal contracting and compliance operations. This role is responsible for processing agent onboarding paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all licensing and regulatory requirements are met.

This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys administrative work, working with documentation, and supporting sales or compliance teams in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track new agent contracting and appointment paperwork
  • Maintain agent records and update internal systems accurately
  • Verify agent licensing, certifications, and required documentation
  • Monitor contract renewals, terminations, and appointment status
  • Communicate with agents regarding missing or incomplete paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and quality control reviews
  • Provide administrative support to contracting and sales teams
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence professionally
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • Experience in insurance, compliance, or HR is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
