You’ll set appointments, greet customers, and explain service recommendations in clear terms while spotting upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and drivers confident.
You’ll work with technicians and parts staff to produce transparent estimates, pursue sales and CSI targets, and follow up to ensure satisfaction, building lasting loyalty with every visit.
