The OCM Analyst I supports the change management strategy and execution for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with a focus on ensuring successful adoption and sustained behavioral change.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

Assist in developing and implementing a structured change management strategy that aligns with the overall program goals and timeline(s).

Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses across various organizational levels with assistance from OCM analysts and department leaders.

Support the creation and execution of a comprehensive change roadmap including communications, training, leadership engagement, and resistance management.

Help design and deploy tailored engagement strategies to support business unit readiness, adoption, and sustainment.

Collaborate with program management, training, Human Resources, and functional Seniors to ensure alignment and integration of change activities.

Assist in the development of communication plans and deliverables to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Assist in establishing and reporting on change management KPIs and adoption metrics.

Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Information Services Roundtable meetings with Business Departments.

Assist in the preparation of executive-level project update meetings.

Communicate and work with outside vendors to support OCM as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline.

Minimal experience in organizational change management or a related field.

Foundational knowledge of organizational change management in a role involving enterprise transformation initiatives (e.g., Guidewire, SAP, Oracle).

Basic understanding of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process.

Basic understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Ability to work through ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced problem-solving skills.

Valid Texas driver’s license and driving record at the time of hire, which would not place the employee on probation or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator status under the Company Driving and Safety Policy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Use of PC, telephone, copy machine, fax, and other office equipment over six (6) hours per day.

Extended periods of sitting and concentration.

Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Occasional long, irregular hours.

Provide after-hours problem resolution when required.

Occasional travel by auto or other public transportation.

Work to be conducted in an office environment owned or leased by the company.
