** As a
** Leadership Trainee – Insurance Operations**, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Participating in cross-functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of life insurance operations and departmental processes
* Developing proficiency in operational procedures by supporting real tasks and workflows within multiple departments
* Learning through hands-on experience, LOMA courses, and coaching from department leaders
* Providing interim support to operational teams based on business needs
* Learning and becoming proficient in the company’s operating systems from a user perspective
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives as experience is gained
* Presenting analyses, insights, and improvement proposals to senior leaders at the conclusion of rotations or projects
* Leading, coordinating, and participating in special projects as needed
* Conducting company business ethically and in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal compliance standards
