Agribusiness Regional Sales Manager – Texas Territory
Job Summary
Harvest Talent Solutions has an excellent opportunity for an Agribusiness Regional Sales Manager to join a leading provider of industry-specific software solutions for grain elevators, cooperatives, feed mills, and other agribusinesses. This role is responsible for driving new business sales, building strong relationships with key industry contacts, and helping agribusinesses streamline operations through advanced ERP and operational software solutions.

Shift: Remote – must reside in Central Texas
Location: Central Texas
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and territory performance
Essential Job Functions
- Identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts across the agribusiness sector
- Leverage existing relationships with agricultural cooperatives, grain elevators, feed mill operations, and ag retailers
- Represent the company at key industry association meetings, trade shows, and conferences
- Provide accurate, on-going sales forecasting, budget insights, and strategic reporting
- Travel regularly (50%+), balancing in-person engagement with efficient time management
- Use CRM and sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and drive performance
Other Job Functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful software implementation
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in agribusiness sales
- Strong, existing network within the industry, including decision-makers at agribusinesses, state associations, and trade events
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional capable of managing territory independently
- Background in AgTech or ERP software solutions for grain, feed, or similar operations is a major plus
- Strong communicator with a detail-oriented, data-driven approach to reporting and performance tracking
- Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and general office productivity tools
- Proven ability to close sales and deliver measurable results
