Leverage your lawn care, landscaping, and design-build expertise to provide practical and strategic support to franchisees.
* Data-driven decisions:
Analyze key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities, helping franchisees optimize their operations and maximize profitability.
* Motivational coaching:
Inspire and empower franchisees through personalized feedback, goal setting, and success celebrations.
* Partnership with the franchisor:
Maintain clear communication, ensuring franchise compliance and providing valuable insights on the system's effectiveness.
* Building relationships:
Cultivate strong bonds with franchisees, fostering a supportive and collaborative network.

* Experience:

*** 5+ years of experience in franchise, business consulting, or small business ownership, specifically within the lawn, landscape, and grounds care industry.
* Proven track record of improving business performance through strategic planning and financial analysis.
* A deep understanding of P&L statements and diverse field operations.
* Green thumbs and design-build expertise to provide hands-on guidance on landscaping and construction projects.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with franchisees.
* Problem-solving prowess to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
