What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of dealership experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Reliability: You'll need to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.

A Day in the Life:

You’ll play a crucial role in our operations by:

  • Sending contracts to lenders and ensuring accuracy.
  • Processing vehicle titling, sales tax, and lien paperwork.
  • Posting daily transactions (sales, purchases, cash, payoffs).
  • Balancing schedules and reconciling accounts.
  • Verifying sales commissions and managing CIT aging.
  • Handling trade-in payoffs and title reconciliation.
  • Supporting your team members when needed.
