Analyst, Underwriting Support

As an Analyst, Underwriting Support, you will play a key role in ensuring underwriting files move efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Place and manage third‑party evidence orders, including Accurint, APS, Exams (domestic & foreign), Labs, and MIB requests
• Conduct proactive follow‑ups on APS and Lab orders, including special authorization requirements
• Run, review, and act on key underwriting reports to support workflow efficiency
• Maintain system queue integrity by managing routing, status updates, duplication issues, and documentation accuracy
• Process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices while resolving discrepancies with vendors or leadership

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Strong organizational and workflow‑management abilities
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to identify workflow patterns
• 2+ years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or a related administrative/analytical role
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with underwriting teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
