Target Solutions- A Cotton Company is a full-service restoration and roofing company serving the state of Texas and beyond. Founded in 2006, our dedicated team specializes in property restoration, commercial roofing, environmental decontamination, and reconstruction services. We respond to large-scale catastrophic damage from hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, hail or floods, as well as smaller residential restoration needs. For commercial properties, we offer custom-tailored plans for both pre- and post-catastrophic events to help minimize damage and get businesses back up and running as quickly as possible.

Target Solutions - A Cotton Company is actively looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for all phases of construction re‑build projects utilizing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. They manage performance, administration, documentation, safety, and customer contact of a project, provide direction and coordination, assist in estimating labor, material, and time requirements, and compute the overall cost of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with operations daily on a project to ensure projects are running smoothly.
- Keep customers and insurance adjusters up to date on all project activities, adhering to company protocol, project and safety policies, and accounting procedures.
- Ensure service quality meets the company’s highest standards.
- Assist in preparing scopes of work/estimates.
- Participate in competitive bidding situations.
- Set budgets on a project to ensure profitability.
- Perform work within a given budget or communicate job from beginning to end.
- Manage project buy‑outs, set draw schedules with subcontractors and vendors, pull permits, and ensure all necessary paperwork is in the project file.
- Develop and enforce a Site Safety Plan.
- Ensure client and adjuster are informed to promote good customer service.
- Maintain proper‑signed contracts and required forms, and process files in a timely manner for accurate accounting.
- Complete/draft Project Management Reviews daily for the job file.
- Conduct Safety Toolbox meetings and participate in safety investigations.
- Adhere to company protocols, policies, accounting procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Provide feedback to Operations and Production Managers regarding individual jobs.
- Maintain open communication with adjusters, the insurance community, and assigned business partners.
- Protect the company’s integrity and image.
- Hire subcontractors and suppliers.
- Direct daily activities on construction projects.
- Meet client and adjuster needs and requests.
- Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters.
- Manage operational staff and scope changes, determining when to extend beyond standard protocol.
- Understand workflow procedures and systems.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledgeable in Xactimate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
- Understanding of workflow procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry (a plus).
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs arise (required).
- Proven communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good driving record; minimum 21 years of age and 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No repeat seat belt violations.
- No high‑speed moving violations in the past 3 years.
