Target Solutions is actively looking for a Roofing Assistant Project Manager. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and production for job sites and will assist the Project Manager with job site management, including pre-construction meetings and daily communication back to other team members.

• Conduct customer preconstruction meetings to explain scope of work and schedule details
• Coordinate delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate daily accounting for materials at job site and ensure correct quantities are received
• Procure material needs locally as required
• Conduct project start meetings with crews and review daily safety needs and hazards
• Provide daily reporting to production on job completion percentages, photos, and issues
• Manage project completion, conduct final walk with customer to close out job, and ensure customer satisfaction
• File appropriate paperwork for close out
• Participate in safety coursework as required
• Travel up to 95% of the time to active jobsites as directed by supervisor
• Inform and manage crews regarding daily tasks and proper attire in company uniform
• Check dumpster levels and call for swaps 24 hours before needed
• Secure tools and equipment in job trailer or locked box nightly; tie down ladders and secure equipment in serviceable condition
• Ensure site fencing is secure and stable
• Protect perishable material from environmental factors
• Develop site safety plans

• 3-5 years of experience in the roofing industry
• Understanding of commercial roof systems
• Strong communication skills
• Jobsite management experience is a plus
• OSHA 10 certification
• Safety knowledge and coursework a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Self‑motivated, requiring minimal oversight
• Ability to perform under high pressure or in troubleshooting environments
• Eager to learn and grow in career
• Team player

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Job costing experience
