The Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead the on-site operations of commercial projects while ensuring effective coordination between clients and subcontractors.

The key responsibilities include:

• Planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
• Providing strong leadership and guidance to the construction team
• Creating and managing project budgets
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations
• Maintaining compliance with building codes and industry standards
• Conducting regular meetings to discuss project progress
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders

Essential qualifications for the ideal candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Self‑motivated with the confidence to lead on‑site teams
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and industry documents
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. The salary ranges from $105,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, with benefits including medical coverage, a truck, bonuses, and more.
