We are seeking an experienced Rock Truck Operator to join our team in Waco, TX
. The ideal candidate will operate articulated rock trucks to support earthwork and heavy civil construction projects while working closely with field crews to help keep production moving efficiently.

• Operate articulated rock trucks to transport dirt, rock, aggregate, and other materials throughout construction job sites.
• Operate additional heavy equipment as needed to support project operations.
• Work with excavator, dozer, grader, and loader operators to maintain efficient material movement and production.
• Operate equipment in accordance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Follow established haul routes and communicate with crew members to support safe and efficient job site operations.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and accurately document findings.
• Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Identify equipment maintenance needs and communicate repair requests to the appropriate supervisor.
• Participate in daily crew meetings and project planning activities.
• Work closely with project teams to help meet daily production goals.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support project operations when equipment is not in use.

• Experience operating articulated rock trucks or similar heavy construction equipment.
• Working knowledge of heavy civil construction, earthwork, and material hauling operations.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment controls and operating systems.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to safely maneuver equipment in active construction environments.
• Ability to interpret basic site plans, work instructions, and equipment operating guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather and environmental conditions.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including climbing on and off equipment and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Five or more years of experience operating articulated rock trucks or other heavy construction equipment.
• Experience working on heavy civil, roadway, earthwork, or site development projects is preferred.
