Position: Region Aggregate Director - Central
Location: East WacoOverview

This position oversees regional aggregates operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and commercial excellence. Supports business growth under the Executive Vice President's direction, while fostering a positive workplace culture and representing the company in community and corporate initiatives.
Wage Starting: $140,000
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate operational and commercial aggregates plans throughout the region.Develop, implement, track, and coordinate key performance indicators for aggregates sales and operations across the region.Collaborate with regional leadership to support and promote corporate safety, operational, and commercial goals.Support customer focus, quality standards, and margin expansion through dynamic pricing.Engage in corporate strategic integration of growth opportunities within the region.Develop and maintain relationships with major vendors and coordinate vendor alignment across the region.Provide leadership and vision to foster employee growth and retention.Travel on short notice and for extended periods as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mining, construction, engineering or related field with seven years of progressively responsible management experience in a construction materials setting.Experience managing aggregate production facilities.Proficient knowledge of computer skills and software relevant to the construction materials industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, lead, and mentor others.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including making presentations.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in mining, construction, engineering or related field with ten years of experience in construction materials settings.Significant knowledge of construction materials operations with emphasis on math and analytical skills.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).Strong organizational skills.Knowledge of computer systems and software.Ability to work independently and under time constraints.Location and Travel
Ability to travel as needed, including short notice and extended periods.
