Enhanced Staffing is seeking experienced End-to-End Project Data Center Schedulers to support a confidential hyperscale data center client in an Owner's Representative capacity. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing integrated project schedules, ensuring contractor compliance, analyzing schedule performance, and providing strategic scheduling guidance from project inception through closeout across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.

- Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 project schedules from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Review and validate General Contractor schedules for compliance with contract requirements and scheduling best practices.
- Lead schedule review meetings and provide independent schedule oversight, analysis, and recommendations.
- Identify critical path impacts, schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and schedule accuracy through field verification and reporting.
- Perform schedule audits, forensic analysis, earned value reviews, and risk assessments.
- Prepare executive reports, forecasts, and schedule updates for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Owners, Project Managers, General Contractors, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure schedule alignment and successful project delivery.
- ● Minimum five years of professional CPM scheduling or project controls experience supporting construction work of comparable complexity.
- ● Demonstrated Primavera P6 experience developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, including logic, status, critical-path analysis, and schedule reporting.
- ● Experience coordinating schedule inputs across design, procurement, field construction, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning stakeholders.
- ● Experience preparing monthly schedule updates, narratives, look-aheads, variance reports, and recovery recommendations.
- ● Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage schedule deadlines with limited supervision.
- ● Mission-critical or data center construction experience, particularly electrical/MEP, power distribution, OFCI equipment, and commissioning/RFS sequencing.
- ● Experience with cost/manpower-loaded schedules, schedule fragments, recovery schedules, and Time Impact Analysis.
- ● Relevant scheduling or project management certification, such as AACE PSP or PMI-
