Position SummaryFront Gate Ambassadors create a positive first impression by welcoming guests, providing park information, processing admissions and parking, and supporting smooth entry into the park.

- Monitortraffic flowandassistwithparkingoperations.
- Validateticketsandprocessparkentry.
- Operatepoint-of-salesystemsandcashregisters.
- Followpropercash-handlingandaccountabilityprocedures.
- Enforceparkpoliciesinapositiveandprofessionalmanner.
- Workacrossallfrontgatepositionsasneeded.
- Workeffectivelyinateamenvironment.
- Maintainaprofessionalappearanceanddemeanor.
- Mustbeatleast
15 yearsofage. - Basiccomputerproficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilitytolearnandoperatepoint-of-salesystems.
- Strongattentiontodetailandcash-handlingabilities.
- Previouscustomerorguestserviceexperiencepreferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
- Willingness to comply with grooming guidelines and employment standards.
- Ability to successfully complete all required training.
- Abilitytostandandwalkforextendedperiods.
- Abilitytolift,carry,push,andpullupto
40pounds withorwithoutreasonable accommodation. - Abilitytoworkindoorsandoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditions.
