As many of you are aware, a significant winter storm is expected to impact large parts of the country over the coming days.
Given the potential impact, we are prepping a ramp to help those in need.
What You'll Do:Provide compassionate support to those in distress
Answer questions and offer clear guidance on the process
Strong communication and empathy skills
Ability to remain calm and helpful during stressful situations
Previous experience in customer service, claims, or disaster response is a plus (but not required)
Must be available to work flexible hours for the duration of the program
Make a real difference during a time of crisis
Gain valuable experience in emergency response and customer support
Be part of a dedicated, mission-driven team
