Job Description:
We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Visitor Services Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can work in a (sometimes) fast paced environment, and wants to be part of a fun and dynamic team!
Job Responsibilities:
In this job you will be at the front desk of the Mayborn Museum, and will assist with daily operations including:
* Greeting and welcome visitors
* Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries
* Processing ticket sales for admission, classes, and memberships
* Managing and reconciling cash register transactions accurately
* Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures
* Maintain punctual and consistent attendance
Ideal
Qualifications:
* Good customer service skills
* Open availability, including weekends and summer
* Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
* Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Commitment to maintaining professionalism and adhering to University policies
* Provide general office assistance and support
* Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
* Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
* Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
* Ability to comply with University policies
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance
We are currently looking for students with open availability for the summer break but will consider ongoing employment dependent on student's performance.
