Position: Customer Service Banker. Job in Waco Lily Lifestyle Jobs

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Banker to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by efficiently handling cash transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Evaluating customer relationships to suggest suitable bank products and services that align with their financial goals.
  • Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Meeting monthly new account production goals as directed by management.
  • Engaging in proactive sales activities, including in-store aisle prospecting.
  • Processing various transactions accurately and balancing daily operations.
  • Verifying cash and checks to prevent counterfeit issues.
  • Issuing receipts and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Preparing and selling money orders, cashier's checks, and other banking products.
  • Facilitating money transfers and cash advances as needed.
  • Cross‑selling additional bank services and products.
  • Providing service to a diverse customer base, including a significant Spanish‑speaking population.
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors related to branch operations.
  • Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.

  • Stand or walk for extended periods based on branch location.
  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and often noisy environment.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to operate computers and other office equipment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma, equivalency, or current high school enrollment.
  • Preferred six months of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Must pass a background investigation in accordance with company policy.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and establish good working relationships with colleagues.
