Job DescriptionAddison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from customers and field representatives by phone, email, and written communication.
- Review reports, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Support departmental operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate distribution of information to appropriate internal and external contacts.
- Apply basic knowledge of accounting and policy administration processes in daily tasks.
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in a call‑center environment.
