Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Respond to inquiries from customers and field representatives by phone, email, and written communication.
• Review reports, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Support departmental operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Coordinate distribution of information to appropriate internal and external contacts.
• Apply basic knowledge of accounting and policy administration processes in daily tasks.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in a call‑center environment.
