Party Coordinator

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun. The ideal team member will serve as the First Point of Contact at Urban Air, working with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or other group events.

• Create and deliver engaging presentations of party packages to guests.
• Respond to all leads in a timely fashion, typically by the next business day.
• Book sales up to three months in advance and manage all details to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to preserve customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Park Team to deliver party services and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Represent the company with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Assist teammates and perform any other duties as assigned.

• Outgoing and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment or hospitality environments.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and/or evenings during the week.
• Commitment to safety, security, and sanitation standards.
• Positive energy and a "you got it" attitude.
