Waco Hall Usher

This position assists the house management with setting up the lobby for an event, greeting patrons, distributing programs and assisting the Waco Hall patrons during an event. This position also helps ensure that patrons are following the policies of the facility and the event.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting or coordinating various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services
• Providing excellent customer services to internal and external partners
• Coordinating logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Being a source to provide information, answer inquiries and resolve issues
• Participating in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services
• Conducting presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners
• Creating feedback or event survey(s)
• Collaborating with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising
• Identifying and recommending improvements for events or hospitality services
• Assisting with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events
• Performing all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintaining regular and punctual attendance
