• Welcome in‑shop customers and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls, e‑mails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale, and same‑day reschedules or cancellations.
• Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification, parts, and missing information.
• Perform administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, managing deleted work orders, credit memos, and rebills.
• Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent mandated.
• 1–3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration mandatory.
• Ability to provide world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance mandatory with mandatory personal protective equipment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
