Our thriving private dental office in Waco, TX is ready to welcome a motivated Associate Dentist who wants to grow clinically, financially, and professionally.

• Earn up to $250,000–$400,000+ annually (Base guarantee + % of collections/production)
• $700 daily minimum guarantee during the initial period
• Sign-on bonus / Relocation assistance available
• CE allowance
• Potential for partnership track for the right candidate

• Busy, established patient base – your schedule will be full from day one!
• Mix of PPO & fee-for-service (minimal Medicaid)
• Fully digital practice: CBCT, iTero scanner, implant & endo systems
• Experienced, friendly team – you focus on dentistry, we handle the rest
• Mentorship from experienced clinicians if desired
