Lead Orthodontist Opportunity, High-Volume Practice in Waco, TX

Bear Braces is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to join our thriving, high-volume practice in Waco, Texas. This is an opportunity for an orthodontist who thrives in a busy clinical environment, enjoys a full schedule, and is motivated by both exceptional patient care and practice growth. This is not a slow-paced associate opportunity. Bear Braces is looking for an experienced orthodontist who is comfortable treating a high volume of patients, can lead with confidence, and wants to play a meaningful role in taking an already successful practice to its next level.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, with occasional Saturdays. As the Lead Orthodontist at Bear Braces, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the practice, the team, and the patients you serve. You'll step into an established, high-volume practice with the infrastructure and administrative support to keep you focused on patient care. Your focus will be clinical excellence, patient relationships, team leadership, and continued practice growth. The administrative burden is handled by the support organization, giving you more time to do what you do best, practice orthodontics and lead your team.

• High-volume, established orthodontic practice
