This is a UD Pack, A2 Shift 7pm-7:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday (15% Diff).

• Setup and maintain above target OEE performance across two value streams or equivalent.
• Troubleshoot higher level issues to reduce downtime and increase efficiencies.
• Drive 5S of parts and tooling across the value streams.
• Maintain change parts and tooling in base condition.
• Initiate work orders in the CMMS (Maximo) for repairs/improvements.
• Follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate improvement opportunities through cross functional groups and the setup team.
• Troubleshoot vision system faults and implement resolutions.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment related issues and perform repairs.

• High school education or equivalent; a technical certificate or degree is preferred.
• Electro/Mechanical experience, skills and knowledge required.
• Previous technical experience with packaging equipment is preferred.
• Minimum one year as a Packing Line Technician or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of vision system faults and resolutions.
• Ability to understand work assignments/projects and work with limited supervision.
