Our community health center is a designated Patient Centered Medical Home, coordinating a robust collaborative of community health partnership (wellness center, prescription produce program, teaching kitchen, medical legal partnership). In addition to in-house pharmacy, WFM provides a sizeable network of in-house specialty service clinics (HIV, Hep C, Sports Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Wound Care).
Through these various programs, we offer comprehensive, affordable primary care to patients across a broad range of demographics. Our passion is to facilitate whole person health and wellness for our patients and community.
We are seeking candidates whose professional goals are to achieve equitable health outcomes. Our patient population of 60,000 patients is 24% African American, 43% Latin American with 20% Spanish-speaking.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDMD or DO degree from accredited medical school program.
Board eligible or Board certification required.
Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
Current DEA & DPS license. Current BLS certificationSKILLSProvision of clinical healthcare services for clients in an ambulatory clinic setting.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred, though not required.
Participation in quality improvement programs
