Overview

• Verifiable work experience as a licensed plumber.
• Current journeyman plumbing license through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).
• Knowledge of health and safety in plumbing systems, plumbing PPE, blueprints, local codes, hazard precautions, field dimensioning, transit level use, pipe sizing, drain cleaning, cost estimation, and project management.
• Basic computer skills.

• Master plumbing license through TSBPE.
• OSHA‑authorized construction trainer.
• Railroad commission LPG license.
• BPAT license.
• OSSF installers license.
• Med Gas endorsement.
• Rinnai teaching certification.
• Knowledge in heavy equipment operations and safety.
• Boiler maintenance experience.
• New technology material installer certification.
• 3–10 years of work/field experience.

Verifiable and demonstrated work/field experience as required. No specific degree is listed, but extensive professional experience is expected.

$68,400 – $78,661, depending on qualifications and experience.
