Overview
Manage a student applicant caseload, providing personalized advice and addressing questions on enrollment, financial aid, and student progression. Collaborate with internal departments and conduct outreach efforts to support students and promote TSTC programs.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of admissions and administrative tasks, including registration, enrollment, document collection, and data entry.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and track activities to meet monthly engagement targets and semester admissions objectives.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to student applicants, ensuring all requirements are met while navigating the admissions process.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments (Admissions, Registrar's Office, Operations, Student Services) to support student success.
- Engage in outreach at community locations, including high schools, to promote dual‑credit opportunities, workforce training programs, and college readiness initiatives.
- Utilize software systems for prospect tracking and follow‑up, updating and managing reports on all communications sent to applicants and students.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure student success and timely response to applicant inquiries.
- Support pre‑college programs such as the Challenger STEM camps and community events.
- Some college or associate’s degree preferred.
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, enrollment, or admissions.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data‑analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of higher‑education and workforce‑development landscape.

Starting salary: $20.20
USD per hour. Final salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
