Ensure all middle school PE and Pre-Athletic lesson plans follow the High School Athletic Schedules and coaching philosophies. This ensures that when a student reaches the 9th-grade level, they are already familiar with the district's athletic "playbook" and expectations.
Coordinate with High School Head Coaches to align middle school skill-work cycles with the seasonal sports currently in progress at the high school level.
Monitor the condition of PE equipment and facilities across 16 campuses; assist in the procurement of standardized gear to ensure equity across the district.
Ensure all programs follow district safety protocols, heat stress guidelines, and UIL regulations.
