Third Future Schools is a high‑achieving and growing network of charter schools. The South Waco Elementary campus in Waco, Texas is seeking a Second Grade ELA teacher.
South Waco Elementary teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe and orderly learning environment for students in their class and for all students in the school, supervised by the principal and assistant principal.
Classroom teachers receive strong support. Lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers for the teachers. Teachers also have minimal duties and only four days a month. The maximum salary for a teacher with three years of demonstrated achievement is $75,000. Employee health, dental, and vision insurance are provided.
