- Plan and deliver instruction for 2nd grade in ELA and Math aligning with district standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress; provide timely feedback and data-driven instruction.
- Create an inclusive, equitable classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and families to support student growth.
- Maintain a safe and productive classroom culture and implement behavior supports as needed.
- Texas teaching certificate or eligibility; bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; commitment to equity and student growth.
- Experience with diverse learners and inclusive instructional practices preferred.
