No teaching certification is required. If you have at least 60 credit hours or an Associate's Degree, you may already qualify.
As a Substitute Teacher, you will help maintain a positive learning environment when regular teachers are absent by following lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting student engagement.

Responsibilities- Deliver classroom instruction using lesson plans provided by the teacher
- Maintain a respectful and organized learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage participation
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
- Assign and review classwork and homework
- Record attendance and communicate concerns to school staff
- Support school staff in maintaining a safe and productive classroom
- For long‑term assignments, substitutes may also develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
Availability: Monday through Friday
Full Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Half Day:
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Schedules may vary depending on grade level and school needs.
