Electrical Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Estimator based in Waco, TX. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for electrical projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting project blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring consistent cost management practices. The position requires close collaboration with team members and clients to ensure project feasibility and success.

• Strong experience in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control
• Proficiency in Electrical Contracting and working knowledge of electricity principles
• Familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts and industry standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams and clients
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimation and project management
• Prior experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects is an advantage
• Experience with estimating software Conest, McCormick and Bluebeam
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe
• Experience with project management programs such as Pro Core, Project Sight or Build Ops
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
