Hiring:
Manufacturing Engineer 1 (Entry Level) — Waco, TX | On-Site
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer 1 to support a fast-paced assembly environment in Waco, Texas
. This is a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates or candidates with internship experience who want hands-on exposure to real production operations.
Location: Waco, TX (On-Site Only)
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 12-month contract
Compensation: $35,000 annual salary
Interview: In-person panel interview (local candidates only)
Roles and Responsibilities :

- Support production floor operations and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Update tooling, routings, and standard work documentation
- Assist with new product introduction (NPI) activities
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply teams
- Help improve workflow, efficiency, and material flow
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- 0–2 years experience (internships accepted)
- Ability to read engineering prints and technical drawings
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with CAD and Lean Manufacturing concepts
