  • Own systems verification planning, execution tracking, and closure evidence.
  • Maintain requirements traceability across program artifacts, verification evidence, qualification outputs, and technical baselines.
  • Support avionics integration activities, interface coordination, and issue resolution across systems, software, hardware, test, and program teams.
  • Drive assigned technical scope to closure while managing cost, schedule, and execution risk.
  • Support qualification planning, test readiness, anomaly resolution, and verification documentation.
  • Coordinate with integrated product teams to identify requirement gaps, verification gaps, interface issues, and execution blockers.
  • Prepare clear technical status, risks, decisions, and closure plans for engineering and program leadership.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting systems engineering activities.
  • Experience with requirements development, systems verification, verification evidence, interface coordination, or technical baseline management.
  • Ability to work across engineering disciplines, program management, test, manufacturing, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive technical closure.
  • Ability to manage assigned work scope with cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
Preferred Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with AI tools or AI‑enabled workflows that improve engineering quality, traceability, analysis, or execution speed.
  • Experience with requirements management or traceability tools such as DOORS, Jama, CAMEO, Teamcenter, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting avionics, mission systems, aircraft modification, qualification, or flight‑test programs.
  • Experience preparing verification plans, verification reports, qualification evidence, or technical closure packages.
