Perform preventive and demand maintenance on a wide variety of equipment including structural, HVAC, plumbing, and process equipment.;
Provide 24/7 maintenance support to the facility and perform troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of equipment.;
Provide technical support in design, installation, and qualification of new or modified process or facility equipment.;
Support reliability-centered maintenance programs and conduct predictive maintenance activities (e.g., vibration analysis, oil/lubricant analysis, non-destructive testing, infrared thermography).;
Ensure compliance with GMP, PSM, and other applicable regulations; participate in plant engineering initiatives and project execution; train maintenance staff as required.
