Mars is seeking a Project Implementation Engineer to lead cross-functional teams on capital projects, ensuring commissioning, validation and start-up of new products and equipment. You will help ensure safe start-ups, high-quality output, and critical success factors.
Travel up to 50%–75% for regional support is required, depending on workload. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in engineering or technical field or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in manufacturing and TPM/lean disciplines.
