The Finance Operations Associate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This role will require, at times, independent thinking, and a self-starter mindset towards completing the tasks at hand and to support the Department’s effort to successfully meet weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive financial information with professionalism.

Responsibilities and Reporting Structure- Overall management of Credit Card platform:
- Review credit card transactions for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure each location has adequately completed their coding requirements. Manipulate transactional data for monthly imports to each location’s financials
- Allocate and log marketing and promotional expenses made at the Home Base level, for each location, monthly.
- Create budgets within the credit card dashboard by location and issue physical and virtual cards as needed.
- Analyze monthly hours, then calculate and allocate corporate fees based on expenses incurred and/or associated fees per tiered hour levels.
- Assist with quarterly data pulls and file editing to be used in Quarterly Calls.
- Rent Management:
- Handle all office-level rent payments across the organization.
- Track and document rent escalations and lease changes.
- Maintain a detailed log of rent payment terms, amounts, due dates, and payment methods.
- Manage all rent-related communication and issue resolution with landlords.
- Prepare and submit end-of-year 1099 documentation related to landlords.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow up professionally and promptly.
- Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
