Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will partner with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. Your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors, ensuring a seamless client experience and contributing to the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support staff.
- Assist in account opening, transfers, and other client requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
- Utilize technology (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software) with a willingness to learn new tools.

Strong ability to work independently under the direction of the financial advisor, ensuring high quality and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
