The Manager, Treasury & FP&A is responsible for managing the company’s short-term liquidity through a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, leading the budgeting and re-forecasting process, and supporting key P&L analytics.
This role serves as the critical link between cash, operations, and financial performance, ensuring the business maintains strong liquidity, forecasting accuracy, and actionable financial insight across all locations.

Responsibilities and Duties Cash Flow & Liquidity Management (Primary Focus)- Own and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, updated weekly
- Partner with leadership to ensure payroll and critical obligations are always funded
- Manage daily and weekly cash positioning across all bank accounts
- Forecast and monitor:
- Collections by payer, aging, and location
- Payroll timing and labor‑driven cash outflows
- Vendor payments, debt service, and lease obligations
- Identify liquidity risks and recommend proactive actions
- Optimize timing of payables while maintaining vendor relationships
- Analyze and improve key cash drivers:
- DSO and A/R aging (with emphasis on 91+ buckets)
- Cash conversion cycle
- Partner directly with RCM and operations to improve collection timing
- Provide actionable insights on payer trends and reimbursement delays
- Ensure consistency between budget, forecast, and cash expectations
- Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments and locations
- Develop and maintain monthly rolling forecasts aligned to operational drivers
- Build driver-based models tied to:
- Caregiver hours and labor costs
- Revenue by payer source
- Location‑level operating expenses
- Build driver-based models tied to:
- Assist in location‑level profitability and unit economics analysis
- Support monthly budget vs. actual analysis
- Identify key drivers of:
- Revenue performance
- Labor efficiency and margin
- Expense trends impacting EBITDA
- Build reporting that connects P&L performance to cash flow outcomes
- Deliver a weekly cash reporting package, including:
- Provide clear, concise insights to CFO and leadership
- 13‑week forecast
- Liquidity position and borrowing availability
- Key risks and recommended actions
- Support monthly executive reporting and financial reviews
- Support optimization of payment methods and cash processes
- Support management of banking relationships and account structure
- Assist with:
- Credit facility tracking (availability, draws, repayments)
- Covenant monitoring and reporting
- Ensure strong internal controls over cash movement
- Manage revolving credit facilities and term debt
- Monitor borrowing base and availability (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with:
- Covenants
- Reporting requirements
- Coordinate draws and repayments
- Optimize interest expense and capital structure
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, or Corporate Finance
- Strong experience with:
- Cash flow forecasting (13-week preferred)
- Budgeting and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills (scenario modeling, driver‑based forecasting)
- Experience in multi‑location, labor‑driven environments
- Preferred
- Healthcare, home care, or similar service industry experience
- Familiarity with RCM and payer dynamics
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct)
- CPA, CFA, or MBA
- Deep understanding of cash flow and working capital dynamics
- Ability to connect operations → P&L → cash
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail with forecasting discipline
- Strong communication and executive presence
