Compensation: $21.50/hour What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Monitor compliance with HUD, Section 8, Public Housing, RAD, PBV, and LIHTC requirements
  • Audit tenant and applicant files for accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Translate changing regulations into updated policies, forms, and procedures
  • Prepare compliance reports, statistical data, and recommendations
  • Serve as Fair Housing Coordinator and evaluate reasonable accommodation requests
  • Identify compliance issues, fraud, or policy violations and elevate appropriately
  • Partner with leadership and IT to maintain effective systems and processes
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
  • Two-year degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience
  • Knowledge of HUD housing programs and regulatory requirements
  • Housing Choice Voucher or Tax Credit Compliance certification preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to qualify for fleet insurance
  • Ability to work effectively with residents, property owners, agencies, and diverse communities
