Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to prescribed orders.;
Evaluate vascular access patency, cannulate, and administer heparin as delegated.;
Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight; monitor and respond to intradialytic issues.;
Record all treatment data accurately on the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and prepare charts.;
Maintain a safe, clean environment; disinfect equipment and assist with infection control.
