Expertly manage patient demographics and insurance authorizations, ensuring all precertifications are secured so there are no hurdles to receiving care;
Own the scheduling desk by confirming appointments and managing medical record requests to keep the patients care plan on track;
Facilitate a seamless billing experience by submitting daily charges, collecting co-payments, and ensuring all financial reports and deposits are reconciled with 100% accuracy
