. We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) with strong clinical, computer, and multi‑tasking skills to join our team.

As a CAREonsite Medical Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting occupational health services
, assisting medical providers, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. This position offers a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Part Time)

Pay Range: $21 - $22 / hr

• Conduct physical exams
  , including vision, hearing, vitals, respiratory fit testing, and drug/alcohol testing.
• Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens.
• Administer medications and injections
  , perform blood draws, apply splints and dressings.
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready for patient care.
• Assist medical providers during examinations and procedures.
• Handle administrative duties
  , such as scheduling, answering phones, and maintaining patient charts.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Perform COVID‑related duties
  , including temperature screening, questionnaires, vital signs, and testing.
• Support both front and back‑office functions as needed.

• Completion of a Medical Assistant (MA) program from an accredited school.
• Medical Assistant (MA) certification meeting state medical board requirements.
• Current BCLS (CPR/AED) certification.
• Clinical experience is a plus!
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
